the World Economic Forum (WEF) will take place from monday 16 january until friday 20 january 2023.

meeting point
the meeting point is at the observation deck of terminal b next to the "rundfahrten kasse / guided bus tours entrance".
be there latest 15 minutes before the tour is scheduled to start and report to our representative, so we can start on-time. as there are more guests on each tour, we cannot wait for you in case you are delayed. if you are not there on time, we have to start without you. in such a case you will lose your tour and we have to check afterwards if we can put you on another one, depending on availability.

the tours will start from the observation deck at terminal b which you can access via check-in 2. please note, that there is an entrance fee of CHF 5,- which you need to pay to access the observation deck. during the WEF, the observation deck is supposed to be open from 8am to 8pm, of course you can stay out there for the whole day, when paying for the entrance or attending several  tours on the same deck.

security check
for each tour you have to pass a security check. please prepare yourself, empty your pockets and take out all electronic devices from your bags. do not carry forbidden items. we pass the same security check like a passenger taking a flight.
it is allowed to carry your bag, but please ensure it is max. 60x40x20 cm. larger items must be stored in one of the lockers available at ZRH airport.

ramp tour
each tour lasts two hours. we will take one of the airport passenger busses. please note that there is only a limited number of seats available in the bus.
you should not have a problem standing for more than two hours.
the bus may also park further away from one or another photo point which means we have to walk some meters. please wear proper shoes and also consider the weather conditions. tours will also take place in the pouring rain, heavy snow or chilly winds.
during the tour there is no possibility to visit a toilet or stop for some drinks and food.
each tour is attended by a representative of us. he is your single point of contact for each question or your wishes on the tour and he will coordinate and check with the airport tour guides and the airport authority.
whenever we are outside on the ramp, it is important to adhere to the rules and regulations. never cross forbidden lines, stay together in the group and always follow the given instructions.
